2 Reasons why Quezon City is the Wellness Capital of the Philippines!

I was seated and waiting for my turn to pay my real estate tax at the Quezon City Hall yesterday. I purposed to come early to finish my errand and go to my office early as well. So there I was seated and waiting for my turn to be called to pay. Quezon City has one of the best real estate tax payment facility with it's air-conditioned reception and waiting areas PLUS FREE coffee! In addition they have flat screen TVs which features the cities achievements and land.
What caught my attention in their video presentation was the caption: "Quezon City is the Wellness Capital of the Country".
