I was seated and waiting for my turn to pay my real estate tax at the Quezon City Hall yesterday. I purposed to come early to finish my errand and go to my office early as well. So there I was seated and waiting for my turn to be called to pay. Quezon City has one of the best real estate tax payment facility with it's air-conditioned reception and waiting areas PLUS FREE coffee! In addition they have flat screen TVs which features the cities achievements and land.
